The Grand Prix
Spot Light Tournament is Sponsored by the National AAU.
Winners of the Elite Division in each age division
will have their fee waived for AAU Nationals in Orlando,

Tournament Entry Form
Entry forms must mailed with the appropriate fees directly
to the tournament host. A separate entry form must be submitted
for each tournament date and mailed to the tournament host.

Roster
A copy of the completed team roster must be given to each
tournament host at check in. The tournament host will keep
this form. Do not mail this form to the to the tournament
director. Click here to download a team
roster form.
Tournament
Check-in
Coaches will need
either a corrent AAU Card or a current temporary
AAU card stamped in Red and Blue with MJVBA expires 8/31 of
this year for every athlete & non-athlete.
Birth certificates will not
be required at check-in this year but coaches must
have a copy of each players birth certificate in case there
is a question about a players age.
If you have athletes
playing under the MJVBA age modifications for 14,13 or 12's
check for the additional required paper work on the age
definitions page.
Medical
Authorization
All clubs should
have on file a medical authorization slip signed by the athlete
and a parent or guardian granting permission for emergency
medical treatment. The form should list emergency contact
information. A duplicate copy should be with the coach at
every practice and competition.
